Led the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for Taco’s presence at AHR Expo, one of the industry’s largest trade shows, managing all aspects of the experience from booth design and product storytelling to attendee engagement and lead generation.

The Challenge

  • Coordinating a large-scale trade show presence across multiple teams and vendors

  • Aligning product marketing, brand storytelling, and sales objectives into one cohesive experience

  • Managing logistics, timelines, and approvals across booth, content, and event execution

The Strategy

Developed a fully integrated event strategy focused on experience, engagement, and conversion:

  • Immersive booth experience: Combined physical displays (a 17,000 pound mechanical skid pack) with interactive digital elements (a residential heating and plumbing interactive video)

  • Product-led storytelling: Highlighted key innovations through demos, content, and live experiences

  • Multi-touchpoint engagement: Extended experience beyond the booth through events, content, and activations

  • Cross-functional alignment: Unified marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership around shared goals

 

Execution

Owned and executed all major components of Taco’s AHR presence:

Booth & Experience Design

  • Developed and secured approval for full booth layout and build

  • Managed vendors across AV, flooring, and installation

  • Introduced interactive elements including touchscreen kiosks and a large-scale mechanical skid display

  • Directed creative updates, including lighting and display enhancements

Content & Creative

  • Led development in collaboration with the creative team and approval of all booth graphics and branded materials

  • Directed production of interactive product videos and animations

  • Oversaw signage, product placards, and branded collateral

Digital & Pre-Event Strategy

  • Built dedicated AHR landing pages, RSVP flows, and email communications

  • Managed attendee communications, scheduling, and internal coordination

  • Implemented Whova event app for attendee experience and logistics

Product & Technical Integration

  • Coordinated cross-functional teams to showcase multiple product lines

  • Led development of interactive product video experience using CAD files and engineering inputs

  • Managed logistics, shipping, and installation of complex product displays

On-Site Engagement & Activation

  • Activated influencer strategy, including in-booth challenges and social integration

  • Planned and executed a large-scale customer reception with branded experiences

  • Managed 80+ staff attendees, including scheduling and coordination

  • Supported New Product Theater submissions and product showcases
