  • Managed full booth logistics for a 10×30 footprint, including:

    • Placement, carpet, electric, and overall layout

    • Graphics, displays, and product merchandising

  • Coordinated attendee logistics, including hotel accommodations and event scheduling

  • Secured additional brand visibility through supplier event participation

  • Sourced and implemented an interactive electronic game activation with live competition

  • Created a structured competition system with prize incentive ($100 gift card)

  • Showcased product lines within a cohesive, branded environment
