Managed full booth logistics for a 10×30 footprint, including:
Placement, carpet, electric, and overall layout
Graphics, displays, and product merchandising
Coordinated attendee logistics, including hotel accommodations and event scheduling
Secured additional brand visibility through supplier event participation
Sourced and implemented an interactive electronic game activation with live competition
Created a structured competition system with prize incentive ($100 gift card)
